Lightens skin
This one really works in whitening the skin, when taken with 500 mg Vitamin C. Give it about a month at 2 capsules twice a day with C and you'll start to see a difference. I've been using it for a 2 mos. now & it's good. I can see a little bit of improvement_the reason is because I am a busy career woman & sometimes I forget. So I only take it when I can remember, so how much more if I'm taking it everyday & twice a day_it would be a big improvement then. Just make sure to take it with vit. c. I bought this product for my skin to hopefully help to clear up some discoloration on my face and chest from having acne. I have been using Hydoquinone for years, but became worried after reading some warnings about that chemical that it may cause cancer.I have not seen much improvement in my skin as far as discoloration goes, but I intend to at least use it for 6-12 months before I expect to see improvement as I am deep brown skinned and it is supposed to take longer on darker skinned individuals.The reason I gave this a four instead of a 2 or 3 is because I am not totally disappointed in this product. When I was in my twenties and thirties (I'm now 44) I was very athletic and because of that I often wake up with pain in my knees and I have sciatic nerve pain as well. I was taking Glucosomine which helps my knees, and I was putting up with the sciatic pain. Sometimes I couldn't even stand long so I would squat if I had to wait for my bus to get to work or wait...

Really assists the liver for detox!
I admit, I was pretty skeptical about purchasing this. I kept reading online that oral supplementation of glutathione is useless, as the proteins are destroyed in the stomach before they can be assimilated in the gut. It didn't make sense to me. I know that pepsin in the stomach does break down proteins somewhat, but the proteins that we eat from food have no difficulty being absorbed as amino acids, so why wouldn't this stuff work the same way (even if it is in a capsule form). I'm glad I listened to my "gut," as it were. This product is fantastic! I had been going through some pretty heavy detox for the past week (and was practically confined to my bed and couch) and thought I'd use this to give my liver a hand. I am a believer!!!
I have finished my first bottle and all I can say is how amazed I am with the results. Not only my skin is glowing,I feel like I have more energy everyday. I noticed on the first week that I took this was how my hands were lightening then the rest of my body followed. It's been a month since I started using this product and I can't stop staring at my hands. The results are amazing even for my dark AA skin tone. I take 2-4 tabs per day with orange juice. Clear Complexion Finally!
I've read all over online how Glutathione can lighten skin and improve complexion, as well as help to rid acne.I only bought a small amount as like with anything else, I had to be a bit skeptical. This stuff works! I've only been taking this stuff for about 2 weeks, and my acne has completely cleared up! Its gone! Also, I have melasma ( sun damaged skin), and I've tried everything to lighten my skin and clear my complexion, but nothing really worked all that great. This stuff got rid of the large dark areas of my face, mostly caused by several years of rosacea. My skin is literally glowing from this stuff, I even feel good from it. I recommend this product! I will be buying more. I had laser surgery (IPL) on my face 4 times to remove spider veins ( busted capillaries) on my face, but it did nothing for the sun damage itself. My dermatologist recommended a prescription for Hydroquinone. It didn't work, infact it caused hyperpigmentation of my face, making the situation alot... Top to learn more

got rid of my acnes!!
I had my doubts about this product because the reviews appear to be hits or misses. I've been taking this product for about a week and I've noticed that my annoying acne has been pretty much gone. This has also reduced breakouts for me as well. The price for the amount will definitely beat your local GNC store. Excellent product for recovery from chronic illness!
As I've written about in some of my other reviews, I've been recovering (for the past 14 months) from adrenal fatigue and chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) that resulted from a systemic Candida infection and leaky gut. Accordingly, I've spent these last 14 months researching adrenal fatigue/CFS/systemic Candida pretty aggressively. Ultimately, signs, such as hives erupting all over my body, started manifesting that made me realize I was in desperate need of detox. exceptional results, HORRID taste
This product yields excellent results, but the flavor is like death in a packet. I squeeze the contents into my mouth while holding my breath; I have a glass of water ready to "shoot" the foul tasting stuff down the hatch, as quickly as possible, and follow with a flavored liquid. If the results weren't so exceptional, It wouldn't be worth it, but the results are so exceptional that I would never stop using this product.
